We are looking for a dynamic Lead Agronomist for the UK. You will support the groundsmen of professional clubs in using turfcoach with your agronomic expertise. At the same time, you will develop research projects with our global agronomy team and create new features and products with the software team. Additionally, you will visit new clubs and potential clients in the UK, represent turfcoach at conferences, and have the opportunity to travel internationally to top clubs abroad.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop the latest products and features through innovative research projects for groundsmen.

• Provide clubs with agronomic expertise based on data and support them in their daily challenges.

• Reach out to and visit new potential clients to demonstrate the value of turfcoach and tailor the product to their needs.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in groundskeeping or turf management

• Strong communication skills

• Driver's license (Category B2)

• English - native, other languages is a plus.
